Cancellation policy

If you have booked the services and products of coworx Marburg as a consumer by means of distance communication, you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions:

Right of withdrawal

  1. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.</p

  2. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.</p

  3. Consequences of the withdrawal

    If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.</p

  4. If you have requested that the services of coworx Marburg should commence during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a corresponding contribution that corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided by the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to the contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

  5. This includes in particular our stated no-show conditions:

    For a withdrawal up to 48h before the actual booking date, a flat rate of 25% is due. In the event of cancellation up to 24 hours before the actual booking date, a lump sum of 50% is due. If you cancel on the day or do not cancel, the total amount is due.
